Statement
The practice of reflexology inspires the concept of Rüte™. Reflexology is a system of massage used to relieve tension and treat illness, based on the reflex points on the feet, hands, and head linked to every part of the body. On each foot there are over 7,000 nerve endings that correspond to every organ and system within your body; these nerve endings are the roots of the system. Rüte™ aims to treat these nerve endings and help relieve pain and tension.
All packaging from design to the final product was done by myself. From applying transfer type onto the bottles and spray painting and color matching to Pantone colors. Sourcing the bottles and additional supplies to creating a mock-up of augmented reality use.
Smart Packaging (AR)
Rüte™ utilizes augmented reality. Through the Rüte™ AR app that is downloadable for Android or iPhones. Upon Scanning the packaging, the consumer can access the best approach to their areas of concern. By tapping on the reflexology chart, the consumer gets guided massages, learn more about reflexology, and get recommendations on which Rüte™ products to use.
