WHO?
Hi, I am Clayton Smith, I am a multidisciplinary designer who loves to create visual systems and storytelling. I am always trying to grow as a designer and as a human. I believe we are never done teaching and learning with one another. It’s a blast, and such a relief, to learn something new that solves a problem and share it with someone.

I believe designers and artists are visual translators of the world. Bridging words and the ethereal dreams or thoughts electrical pulses create in our head into the visual reality.

Communicate
The highest of tenant no matter what you are doing. You’ll always need to adapt to the scene you come into but always worth a lot to those involved. Be clear, share what is necessary and leave out what is not, and have empathy.

Collaborate
Doing things alone can create an empty vacuum and feel closed off from the desired audience. connecting with others is how stronger and relatable content is made.

Get to know one another and understand the needs, desires, and expectations we have.
Deep Dive
I want to know as much as I can…research research research. Leave nothing out of bounds, in this phase anything and everything is necessary. Digest and Consume.
Simplify
Keep the necessary kick-out unneeded information. Catogorize and streamline everything to be understandable
Execute
Now...make everything look great and represent everything talked about in phase one. Along the way you’ll have to tweak to meet the needs so always be adaptable.
